What can you expect?
- Review your work history, education, strengths, accomplishments, problem areas, skills, values, motivations and goals.
- Complete an assessment to ascertain your intrinsic behaviour and "talent" strengths.
- Unpacking your "talent strengths", coach you to identify and harness your effective zones and how best to deploy these strengths to secure your choice career.
- Complete the decision matrix to establish clarity of options and choice.
- Number of sessions required - (6months or 3 - 5 sessions)

Very often managers are promoted to their positions by virtue of the individual's length of service in the company or the individual consistently achieving the corporate targets or there is an internal vacancy that needs to be filled.
