A typical career aspiration is to progress through the ranks and take on manager-leadership roles. There are some "natural" leaders, yet there are many who may need to acquire the necessary skills, knowledge and competence to be an effective leader.
There are many approaches to being an effective leader and the person who talks the loudest may not necessary be one. Similarly, there are those who finds verbal communication a pain but is promoted to a role that constantly requires presentation in front of an audience.

3) 3 months of progressive development

The Executives in their roles may be required to make hard decisions to meet the expectations of shareholders, stakeholders and at the same time ensuring the wellness of employees and upholding social responsibility to the wider community. Having an alternate, independent and voice may be the path to bring clarity, stability and conscionability to the soul. Often times, the solutions are hidden in the answers to hard questions. The role of the executive coach is to present these difficult questions and explore the options and assist the executive to land on the most appropriate decisions.
